Why being happy is hard
This week’s question: How do I stop self sabotaging? I'm at a chapter of my life where I'm so happy and aligned. The happiest and most aligned I've been. But I'm bringing in these old behaviors all the time that are taking away from it. It's frustrating. Why can't I just surrender and be happy knowing full well this is where I'm meant to be?
